Marinated Steak

½ cup honey
½ cup soy sauce (low sodium is available)
½ cup red wine
3 gloves garlic, pressed
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary crumbled
¼ teaspoon chili powder
1 ½ pounds steak

In a large, plastic zipper topped bag, mix together the honey, soy sauce, red wine, garlic, rosemary, chili powder. Add the steak and marinate overnight in the fridge. Make sure you turn it at least once in the marinating process. Grill the steak for 7 minutes per side for medium rare, or to desired doneness.
